FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is a deposit required?

Yes, to secure your date $100 retainer fee is needed at time of booking. The balance is due the week of your event. If you need to cancel or reschedule we can apply this retainer fee towards your new date as long as you give us a week's notice.

How many people can jump at once?

​700 pounds is the max limit.


​What are THE requirements for set up location?

What does the bounce house rental include?

3 feet of additional clearance surrounding the bounce house on top of the size needed for the actual bounce house.
​
Electrical hook up with in 50ft of bounce house. If one is not available you will need to provide and additional extension or a suitable generator. 
​
A flat surface of any of the following are approved
  • Turf
  • Grass
  • Concrete​

Not Approve​
  • Uneven Ground
  • Rocks
  • Dirt​
Anything containing sharp objects, furniture, animal feces, toys, sprinklers etc.

Please ensusre area is ready for us to set up prior to arrival.

All bounce houses include:
Delivery with in 15 miles of HUGHSON CA, 30-60 additional minutes for set up, blower for bounce house, 50ft extension cord, entry mat and house rules sign.
​
Delivery beyond 15 miles available at an additional fee.


​How do you clean your bounce houses?

We clean and disinfect our bounce houses before each event! We want our bounce houses sparkling clean in order to maintan the integrity of the bounce house and our bouncers as safe as possible. 
​
We use hospital-grade disinfectant for all our bounce houses.
